Yoga, baby…
Laura found yoga on a travel assignment as a magazine writer—and never stopped. A Katonah Yoga–certified teacher with more than 15 years of practice, she’s trained at Sky Ting (YTT), Kula Yoga Project (advanced), Equinox (mat Pilates), Lava (sculpt), YOBK (restorative and meditation), and the Katonah Yoga Center (Katonah certification).
A self-described yoga geek and study nerd, she blends intelligent sequencing, theory, functional movement, strength, and breathwork into classes that are grounding, sweaty, joyful, and fun. She believes you can be silly, spiritual, and strong—and that movement can shift your mood as much as your muscles.
Laura has taught at Sky Ting, Kula, Sadhana, District, Lava, and Lucky Honey, as well as at corporate wellness and brand events throughout New York City and upstate New York. She has led her own retreats, studied and practiced around the world, and loves sharing the depth of yoga, Pilates, and movement in a way that feels accessible and alive.
She is also the founder of Rad Studio Space in Hudson, New York, a creative retreat space for movement, art, and gathering.
Want her to teach at your event? Just say hi—she’s probably down.
